Hows it feeling?

Hey little ones!
Okay, so I really haven't been updating this blog of mine. I've just been putting up lyrics of songs that really fit my life for the moments and situations that I've been put through. Though, these songs are amazing, I feel I shouldn't just shove music in your face. Like most radio stations do. Sure they feed the public new music, and artists, but sometimes its TOOOO much. I feel as if there is a point when a radio station overplays a song, the people who listen tend to get bored. This is why we now usually use our ipods. How many times do I have to hear fucking BOOM BOOM POW, or TAYLOR SWIFT, or GREENDAY on blast. I'm not saying these artists or their work necessarily suck, but its just sometimes...can we go a full two hours with out hearing the same track over and over? This is why people have resorted to podcasts, online radio, or simply just turning on their ipods. Its a love hate type of thing. Its how companies make music. If you think about it...alot of things we learn from public brocasting and global media outputs, we learn what to avoid, what to buy, how to dress, and so on and so on. Even those who say they are "rebeling" are simply feeding the big companies also. Its all a huge circle. So if you like a song not played on the radio and you and your friends start to listen on your ipods, in public, on the internet. Sooner or later that artist that is your "stick it to the man" will be played, mentioned, referenced, sound clipped, etc. in some other media source. Its alot to think about, no matter what, we are the company. Its really like a whoa type thing.
But anyway, Im waiting till 8pm so I can go to tasha's for a nice walk around the neighborhood. Its nice when you got friends just like next door to you that you really don't need to have to do something super fun or anything. Just a walk around the hood is enough to entertain us.
So im gonna put some Friendly Fires, and Brand New in this little playlist of mine, and get to going.
Its been a crazy week. Ive lost, won, and come out square in battles, my life is just like any other. But sometimes I'm more fortunate then others. I'm great full.
Your Friend,
Bobbymarc
